Dandy Curb Bag Sediment Inlet Filters
The Dandy Curb Bag is the patented inlet filter for curb and gutter inlets. The grate is enclosed inside the bag, storm water entering the inlet is slowed, and suspended solids settle out and are captured by the bright orange monofilament geotextile before they reach the storm system.
What distinguishes it from a plain grate bag is the dam edge. Installed correctly the unit partially blocks the curb hood, so sediment running along the gutter is intercepted rather than bypassing the grate entirely. A built-in protective overflow means the unit keeps filtering in normal conditions while still passing water when flow exceeds what the geotextile can take.
Eight stock sizes cover grates from 24″ through 48″. Every size is the same product, the same material and the same price — choose on the grate you are fitting it to.

How do I work out which size I need?
Measure the grate the bag will enclose. The size given is the grate dimension, so a 24″ x 36″ grate takes the 36″ x 24″ bag. Eight sizes cover 24″ through 48″ grates.
Is this the right product for my inlet?
It is, if your inlet is a curb and gutter inlet with a grate. If the grate is flat or round with no curb involved, use a Dandy Bag. If there is no grate at all, use a Dandy Curb.
Do all eight sizes cost the same?
Yes. Price does not vary by size, so specify the size that actually fits rather than the cheapest one.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, five units, in any mix of the eight sizes.
What does shipping cost?
