Grass and gravel surfaces cannot hold paint, so the layout is built into the grid instead — arranged into bay lines, L-shapes, T-shapes, squares, T-junctions and access road center lines, or cut down for smaller square markers.

Parking Space Markers For BodPave 85 Porous Pavers

These parking space markers are manufactured to snap-fit directly into the cells of BodPave 85 porous plastic pavers. On a grass or gravel parking surface there is nothing to paint a line onto, so the layout has to be built into the grid itself — which is exactly what these do, in white HDPE that stays visible against turf or stone.

One marker is a short white bar, but arranged in the cells they produce lines, shapes, letters and words: bay lines, L-shapes, T-shapes, squares, T-junctions and access road center lines. Each marker can also be cut down to make a smaller square marker where you need one. Supplied 100 to a case.

02 Why it works

A Layout That Cannot Wear Off

Paint on grass lasts one season and paint on gravel does not last at all. Because these markers snap into the paver cells, the layout is part of the surface rather than a coating on top of it — and it survives mowing, traffic and weather as long as the pavers do. HDPE, so nothing rusts or rots.

Parking Space Marker FAQs

Can I order markers on their own?
No — BodPave 85 parking space markers must be ordered with an accompanying Typar BodPave 85 order and cannot ship alone. Add your pavers to the same order and the markers ship with them.
How many markers do I need?
It depends on the layout, since a bay line is built from a run of markers rather than a single piece. Work out the total length of line you need, then divide by the 8.5″ marker length — and allow extra for corners, junctions and center lines. Markers come 100 to a case.
Do they work with other pavers?
They are manufactured specifically to snap-fit the cell geometry of BodPave 85. They are not intended for other paving grids.
Can I cut them down?
Yes. A marker can be cut to produce a smaller square marker where the layout calls for one.
Will they show up on grass?
They are white HDPE, which reads clearly against both turf and gravel. Because they sit in the paver cells rather than on the surface, they stay put through mowing and traffic.
